Back By Popular Demand, Allergy Technologies Announces Details of Their 2nd ProActive Prevention Bed Bug Symposium to Be Held in California

(Ambler, PA) -  Allergy Technologies, makers of ActiveGuard® Mattress Liners, announced details of their second series of Proactive Prevention Bed Bug Symposia to be held in California in December. Two different dates and locations have been set for this event: December 5th at the Hyatt House in San Jose, CA and December 7th at the Hilton Anaheim in Anaheim, CA. The Symposia’s goal is to increase the awareness, education and cost-effective viability of bed bug preventive programs targeting commercial sales and pest professionals who provide service programs. Ultimately the benefit of prevention is to protect their clients, beds, guests/residents, and reputation from the ever-increasing challenge of bed bugs.

Dr. Phil Koehler, University of Florida, Gainesville, will discuss the latest research and findings on bed bugs; review the basics of bed bugs along with the latest and greatest treatment and preventive strategies. CEU credits will be available for pest management.

Joseph Latino, President of Allergy Technologies, makers of ActiveGuard Mattress Liners will discuss unique strategies for establishing bed bug prevention in commercial accounts; address how to ‘finally’ stop bed bug re-infestations and re-emergence once and for all; and uncover the financial benefits of bed bug prevention to both client and provider.

These symposia are for anyone in the pest management industry that offers service programs to commercial accounts such as: hotels/motels, colleges/universities, nursing homes, multi-occupant dwellings or any other accounts with a sleeping area.

“We are pleased to be able to offer this second series of symposia in California after our Florida series was so well received. Our Symposia will prove to be another great opportunity for pest professionals to come together to learn and understand how to offer a proactive prevention program to their commercial accounts that is so desperately needed,” said Joseph Latino, President of Allergy Technologies.

The agenda and further details will follow as the symposia dates approach.  Be the first to know! For more information on the California Symposium or to register to attend, visit the event website at: RSVP is required and seating is limited. There is no charge to attendees.
