Temp Vent Powered Vent Series 6 contains a small fan is encased in the housing of the vent, which runs at low speed. The  Temp Vent Powered Vent Series 6 creates negative pressure in the foundation, pulling air through the foundation. Non-powered vents can be installed on opposite sides of the foundation, to create a flow of air.
