Sumilarv 0.5 G - mosquito igr, that prevents mosquito adult emergence, stops breeding, and gets rid of larvae, in ornamental ponds, cesspools, and other water sites. Features pyriproxyfen.

Sumilarv 0.5G provides a simple and powerful tool to any  vector management and mosquito control program. Featuring the proven active ingredient pyriproxyfen, Sumilarv 0.5G mimics a native hormone in mosquitoes, which disrupts their development at the pupal stage. With a lower dosage rate compared to other larvicides, Sumilar 0.5G presents a more cost-effective and extended mosquite larvae control, with less application and resources required. The sand-granules of Sumilarv 0.5G also allow for resistance against water flush and dilution, which can occur with other comparable larvicides in water holding sites.

Target Pests: mosquitoes, including Aedes aegypti, anopheles quadrimaculatus, culex pipiens, culex quinquefasciatus and other species (see label).

For use on: septic tanks, flooded basements, gutters, animal waste lagoons, and other water holding sites.
