RootXcell is a vitamin hormone product not subject to FIFRA regulation pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 152.6(f). The product is a suspendable powder containing a combination of IBA, endo & ecto-mycorrhizae, cytokinin, and vitamins B1 & B6 which promotes root growth and development in most species of trees and shrubs. Use of RootXcell encourages and improves overall nutrient and water uptake, thereby enhancing vigor and growth as well as tolerance to environmental stress.
