Captain XTR Algaecide (275 gal) works to control for all types of algae. Captain XTR increases the penetration of copper (Infusion) into algae cells, which leads to improved control. This is most impactful when targeting tough to control mat forming, colonial and mucilaginous species. Waters treated with Captain XTR can be used for watering livestock, swimming, fishing, and irrigation of food and non-food crops during application as well as after application.
