Captain XTR Algaecide - liquid copper algaecide, for eliminating hydrilla, filamentous algae, plantonic algae, and other aquatic weeds, in lakes, ponds and other aqueous sites. Features copper ethanolamine complex.

Captain XTR is the best available technology for controlling all types of algae. Captain XTR is designed in order to increase the penetration of copper into algae cells and enhance efficacy. This formulation feature is especially effective when targeting tough to control mat forming, colonial and mucilaginous species.
Waters treated with Captain XTR can be used for swimming, fishing, watering livestock and irrigation of food and non-food crops during as well as after application.

Controlled Algae:  Lyngbya, oscillatoria, microcystis, pithophora, rhizoclonium, nitellopsis obtuse, and other listed algae species

Use:  Still or flowing aquatic sites such as golf course, ornamental, fish, irrigation and fire ponds; aquaculture including fish and shrimp also, fresh water lakes, ponds, fish hatcheries; potable water reservoirs, rivers, streams, bays and covers, crop and non crop irrigation and drainage systems, and chemigation systems.
