  1. Termites Can’t Touch Totality®Approved by Florida, Louisiana and North CarolinaStructural Pest Control CommitteesABOUT TOTALITY® WOOD TREATMENTTotality® provides Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) with formulation and application efficiencies which can help improve the profitability of their wood treatment programs when compared to competitive products. From a performance standpoint, published university data indicates that bifenthrin provides effective termite repellency and mortality. Specifically, bifenthrin kills termites at levels as low as <1 ppm in soil [L. Mao, et al. (2011, J. Econ. Entomol. 104(3): 1002-1008)]. Combine these data points with additional FMC research and a new confidence in wood treatment applications emerges. KEY BENEFITS OF TOTALITY® WOOD TREATMENT:•Totality® bonds tightly to woodand other cellulosic materials•Saves PMPs an average of 20 minutesper application versus competitor•Quart-size packaging allows for easyhandling and storage and cuts costs•Easy on equipment - no cloggingor gummy materialLABELED AREAS OF USE:•Commercial•Industrial•Institutional•Public•ResidentialPESTS CONTROLLED:See the label for all pests controlled.•Termites•Carpenter Ants•Powder-post Beetles•Old House Borers•Other Wood-boring Insects“We have used Totality® for over 3,000 pre-construction termite prevention treatments. Totality® is easier to mix, apply, and more efficient for the builder and my applicators.”Christian Wilcox A.C.E/P.H.ETechnical Director, McCauley Services, ArkansasFMPC11622-Totality-sell-sheet-09.indd 111/30/22 1:49 PM

Check out the chemical analysis of Totality® Wood Treatment treated shed wood after five years in the field:FMC analyzed samples of wood from the Totality® Wood Treatment treated sheds, testing for bifenthrin concentration. The expectation was that bifenthrin was still present after five years in high Formosan termite pressure field studies because the sheds showed no significant damage after exposure. Results indicated bifenthrin was found to be present in the treated wood at levels that repel termites and/or inhibit termite feeding on the treated wood even as far into the wood as 8mm. High levels of bifenthrin were found on the cut ends that sat on the sill plates of the structures during treatment. Higher concentrations of bifenthrin also tend to be at the base of the studs, where they are most vulnerable to subterranean termite attack.Always read and follow all label directions, restrictions and precautions for use.
