Aegis rat and mouse stations have an advanced technical design that is intended to be reliable, quick- to-service, encourage rodent entry and stay competitively priced. All Aegis stations are built to be enticing, allowing rodents to see straight through to the exit before entry to help lure them in. Each station features a compact design that can be placed vertically to fit into tight or water-prone spaces. One universal key opens all Aegis stations.
Two products in the line, the Aegis®-RP and Aegis®-RP Anchor, include tamper-resistant SecureV™ Technology to lock in vertical bait rods, and are compatible with snap traps. Mechanical hinges on the RP and Anchor elongate service life and operate down to -20⁰ F. Both stations are available in black or gray to reduce bait melt. For maximum holding power, the Aegis-RP Anchor includes a concrete base that weighs over 11 lbs.
The Aegis mouse bait station has up to twice the bait capacity of most mouse stations for placing mini blocks or soft bait according to label directions. SecurePoint™ Technology holds bait tight in the station, while a clear lid option makes identifying bait easy.
Liphatech takes bait security a step further with its SoftSecure™ Technology (SST), which is suitable for securing soft bait or mini blocks inside the Aegis- RP and Aegis-RP Anchor bait stations without horizontal or vertical rods. Sold separately, the SST device is designed to be easy to use; it keeps bait securely in place at an elevated and more optimum feeding angle because the bait can be placed directly on the SST.
