Mike Trezza’s journey into pest control began long before Trezza Termite & Pest Control opened its doors. Having worked for years in the industry, he saw an opportunity to serve customers better by starting his own company.  

“I was fortunate to be employed in this industry for a considerable amount of time before we started our business, and I saw an opportunity to build a program that better served customers,” Mike shared. However, he recognized that starting a business was no small feat. “As a family-owned business, we like knowing we’re filling a niche for customers who prefer to work with and support smaller businesses in the community.”  

Mike’s wife, Meagan, plays a pivotal role in the company. “We wouldn’t be nearly the size we are or as successful as we are without her pulling the strings behind the scenes,” Mike said. From scheduling to ensuring customers get timely communication, Meagan manages the critical day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly.  

What sets Trezza Termite & Pest Control apart is its family-oriented philosophy. Mike believes in treating customers like neighbors, a value deeply embedded in their operations.  

“Being a family business allows us to form meaningful relationships with our customers,” Mike explained. “We know their families, their pets, and their homes. That really defines how we perform our pest control services.”  

This personal touch resonates with their customer base, which largely consists of retirees and families who have relocated to the area. “Our customers don’t like bugs, and they expect that they’re not going to have to deal with bugs,” Mike said.
