Regulatory
Target Specialty Products’ Regulatory Department has many functions as part of our Value Added Services.
•We help to interpret various codes and laws for our customers that include:
• Fire
• Agriculture
• Structural
• Business and Professions Code
• Occupational
• Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
• The Department of Transportation and state vehicle laws
• We serve as a customer liaison with various enforcement agencies
• We assist our customers in the development National Fire Protection (NFPA) placarding plans
• We develop business plans for our customers to meet Cooperative Uniform Program Administration requirements
• We provide consultation for our customers regarding Federal and State Injury Illness Prevention plans
• We consult our customers in the development of Hazardous Communication requirements
• We inform our customers on Pesticide Storage requirements
