Both the California Structural Pest Control Board and the Department of Consumer Affairs allow for licenses to be verified via the Internet.
The Department of Pesticide Regulation, as well as statewide County Agricultural Commissioners, do not allow for licenses to be verified via the Internet. These licenses are listed below and need to be submitted electronically, by using our web form submission process:
Operator Identification Numbers (OPID)
Restricted Material Permits (RMP)
Qualified Applicators License (QAL)
Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC)
Private Applicator (PA)
Vector Licenses
Pest Control Dealer Licenses
For Structural Pest Control License:
We accept the following license:
Operator License – Branch 1, 2 or 3 – view sample license
To verify your license, visit the California Structural Pest Control Board website.
You can email your license directly to us by following these steps:
1. Go to the appropriate link below.
2. Search for your license number – not the company business license.
3. Once your license information comes up, click “File” on the toolbar at the top of your screen.
4. Select “Send” and choose either “Page by E-mail” or “Link by E-mail.”
5. When your email box pops up, type Lucia.Vasquez@target-specialty.com
6. On the “Subject Line” enter your company's name.
7. In the message box, it is critical that you provide your account number, business name, and your contact information otherwise your license can not be entered onto your account due to missing information.
8. Hit “Send.”

ALL Agricultural licenses require an electronic copy of your license to be uploaded as a PDF, gif or jpeg via our Web Form.
